1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

    2. Initiation of Returns:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item, and include the RA number on the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

  • 3. Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment for your records.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you can follow the standard return process once you receive the item.
